2) I consent to having photos and/or videos taken before, during, and after my service for salon marketing, training, and social media purposes.
3) I agree to tag and mention Shampoo Society in any social media posts featuring my hair results.
4) I understand that as a model, my service will be performed by a stylist-in-training or under the supervision of a senior stylist.
5) I acknowledge that results may vary and that services are non-refundable.
6) I release Shampoo Society and its stylists from any liability arising from my participation in the model program.
